Geotel Calama

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very good too keep us happy. We explored the fine Atacama Desert and visited the famous Chuquicamata mine. For future visitors, make sure to check the buffet in advance and ask about dinner options.

Well-kept property with welcoming staff and magnificent location close to the airport which is great. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an individual safe, multi-channel TV, and a fridge in the room. Excellent service, parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location short walk to the Atacama desert and Santiago, shopping area, and taxis and co. Fairly nice stay, as always.

Clean room with a spacious layout. The bed felt very comfortable, essential after a long day. Enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The location is decent, about a 15-minute drive from the airport. The front desk staff communicated well in English. Parking can be noisy due to trucks backing up, which disrupts the peace, especially during the night. I found dinner prices steep at about $25 US for average food. Also encountered noise from fellow guests, which impacted sleep. A solid option for a night if you're in the area, though some improvements could be made in soundproofing and dining quality.

Recommend it for families looking for comfort

I was blown away by how kind the reception staff were, they even helped me out with some trouble related to my room, very attentive. The breakfast spread was excellent, they had a ton of options, I almost forgot I was not at home, felt super comfortable.

It wasn't cheap , but still acceptable for the quality you get.
